At OwlBumble, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations and modifications:

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled

2. Order Modification

You may request to modify your shipping address or item variant (such as size or color) within 6 hours of purchase.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been fulfilled
  • Once the order is in production or has shipped, modifications are no longer possible
