1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
