• Personalized/custom pet accessories: typically 5–7 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email once dispatched.

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia, Middle East & Latin America: 6–16 business days
• Africa & remote regions: 8–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping is free worldwide. However, international orders may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are emailed once your parcel ships. You can also track via our Order Tracking page using your order number and billing email.

Lost / Damaged Parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is not found, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
• For damage or missing items, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• Claims are subject to carrier investigation and verification by Bumble™.

Shipping Restrictions

• Certain oversized, restricted, or hazardous items may not be eligible for international delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to unsupported destinations.
