Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
  • Please obtain authorization from our team before sending items back.

Eligible Items

  • Most regular-priced Bumble™ pet accessories purchased on owlbumble.com.
  • Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged upon request.

Not Eligible

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective on arrival).
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as such.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to carrier transit.

How To Start a Return

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your Order ID and purchase email.
  • The item(s) you wish to return and reason (brief).
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective (outer box + product).

Shipping Your Return

  • We’ll provide instructions and the return address after authorization.
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
  • Original discounts are not refunded; partial returns may adjust the discount on kept items.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Let us know the replacement item in your email. If in stock, we’ll hold it and ship once your return is received or scanned by the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

International Orders

Bumble™ offers free worldwide shipping, but local VAT, customs, or duties may apply. These third-party charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not refundable by Bumble™.
